Cambodian Tech Experts Call On Support for Developing App for COVID-19 Control
Cambodian tech-savvy team is calling for support on their initiative to develop an application for monitoring COVID-19 status in Cambodia effectively.
The call says, “We are a team of tech specialists who are dedicated to helping to address the challenge: COVID-19 or Coronavirus in Cambodia as well as in other countries around the world. We are seeking the support of the Royal Government, especially the Ministry of Health, and all relevant organizations to develop smart software and mobile applications to automatically manage and monitor the patient or those facing the infection of the virus.” This artificial intelligent (AI) program has the following capabilities and benefits:
- For the Ministry of Health and Related Organizations
This software will enable the Ministry of Health and relevant organizations to easily and automatically monitor and manage the people risking Coronavirus 19 (COVID-19). For example, if a person is found to have contracted the virus (COVID-19), then the relevant ministries and organizations can automatically identify the person who has been in contact with those infected through the computer system. Thus, the Ministry of Health may contact those at risk for early detection and treatment to avoid spreading it to others. In addition, the relevant ministries and organizations can also send educational messages and alerts to everyone through the application system.
- For the general users
The users are required to install this mobile application, which has many benefits to them, such as receiving reliable information from the Ministry of Health in relation to COVID-19 and receiving timely treatment. Please note that the mobile application will automatically alert the user to seek emergency medical treatment if the user is in contact or has been in close contact with the patient. In addition, people can report their own symptoms if they suspect that there is a disease of COVID-19 through the mobile phone.
COVID-19 has seriously affected the world’s economy. they believed that the above-mentioned ideas and programs could facilitate effective management and monitoring of the disease (COVID-19) and may help to improve the country’s economic situation. To develop the program mentioned above, they would need the support of all relevant government, ministries or organizations. They will actively participate in the development of these programs, at least in time to help prevent the spread of the disease (COVID-19) in a timely manner.
